Fonality.com is OK by me.


Fonality.com,
I have been with this company for 7 plus years. The only thing I have to complain about is the time it take their customer service department to answer a "Non Server Down Call", about 7 to 10 minutes. If, on the other hand, you call about a "server down" issue, I have no Idea where they get the techs from, but they answer inside of 2 minutes.
So if you are in the market for a VOIP system, if you see and use them, it's OK by me.

They won't give you or me anything, but at least you'll have something to make the sales person comfortable with. LOL
