Staying motivated for owners and work at home persons.

I work at a home office, and this seems a lot like it could help me and whoever implements it.

1. Set a material goal, something you want.
2. Set a spiritual goal , a gift to the needy or homeless.
3. Set a work plan with time off.
4. Set a Fitness and health plan.
5. Set aside time for relaxation.
6. Dress up for work , look your best. even if you work from home.
7. Carefully review your assets and liabilities, income and expense, Know where you are at and where you are going.
8. Remind your self of how many relatives and employees  count on you and need you.
9. Pray to god that all of your work will be helpful to all.
10. Avoid business deals that are shady and unlawful.
11. Look for new and innovative ways to expand your business, working with employees and competitors.
12. Be aware of your financial situation at all times, don't put your head in the sand.
13. Look at new equipment and  applications and plan to replace the old and out dated.
14. Keep your spirits high, it's great to be right it's ok to be wrong.
15. Go For it.

Most of the world's industrial nations people work hard enough to deserve a vacation. Some countries believe their employees have worked so hard, that they make the employers give the employees 1 month or more for every year they work.
My goal in life, is to create an environment in which any person can call to make arrangements for their vacations and feel as if their vacation started with the phone call they made to our Agents. Also to insure that every part of their vacation, from the time they leave their house to the time they reach their house again, is complete and pleasant.

I have been working on getting more phone calls to the websites and it is working a little. Here is a list of stuff I have been doing.

• Learned about YouTube ways to make money, and when I get back, I will implement them. I am going to the one day Bahamas cruise to record from beginning to end then edit it. I want to show, the lines at Port Everglades, The cruise over, certain things I like on the Island, (conch salad is one of them)
• Getting better at the Google webmaster tools.
• Learning how to work the Google communities thing.
• Learning more about SEO and Social Networks and I have been noticing a lot the these guys that claim to be SEO experts, simply want your email. They are not scams really, just email vacuums. So, before you go to learn anything from them get a throw away email from Google or Yahoo or MSN.



This is why I eat it here. The band and the Ocean.



• Seeing what useful information I can get from Google Analytics.

Well, that's about it, all that, plus all the things I used to do before, keeps me busy about 10 to 16 hours a day. I will definitely need that 2 night Grand Bahama Island cruise when I get back to Florida.

How I want to get my free internet traffic

1. In the few instances where I have affiliate programs, I would like to submit them to affiliate program directories.
2. Good, old fashioned, link trading or link exchange.
3. Post in forums is one of my favorite traffic strategies. Do not be too obvious about advertising your site, they will not except your message. Search for them according to your website topic, then post
4. Visit other peoples blogs, kinda like you did here, then leave a comment and your link. Again, search for them according to your website topic. I also blog at 2daycruises.blogspot.com and hotel411.blogspot.com
5. Write creative and interesting articles on your web pages topic, then submit them to new letters, directories and websites. Try using your won images if possible.
6. I just started a Google community, it is new to Google and I am learning how to work it to my best advantage. I think it is a good Idea. here is mine, https://plus.google.com/communities/108365423395617777056
7. There are many free web classified ads just do a Google search to find the ton that are out there and submit to them.
8. Freshen up your web pages often, or at least, have a section on you main page that you write to regularly.
9. Use facebook.com to let your friends and their friends know about the blogs you have when you update your pages. http://www.facebook.com/hotel411
10. Yahoo answers is a good traffic getter, (I know getter is not a word), on most topics so sign up and get started on that.
11. Get to know, learn and read about the topic you want to become expertish in, (I know expertish is not a word, butif peeps can use, thingy, I can use, I can use, GETTER and EXPERTISH).
